As part of a campaign to support The New Home Division, I created a social media post to generate awareness and build excitement around a new subdivision development in Lowell. My role involved promoting the partnership with our builder and helping the department increase visibility and engagement through targeted content.

This social media post featured a custom 50-year anniversary logo that I designed, paired with key performance highlights from the previous year. Shared on our official Facebook account, the post celebrated a significant milestone in the company’s history and reinforced our brand presence within the community. It served both as a branding piece and as a way to communicate our continued success and longevity in the industry.

I designed the Experience Excellence booklet, a key marketing and sales tool used by McColly Real Estate agents to highlight the company’s value and competitive edge. This professionally crafted brochure was created to help agents win over prospective clients by showcasing the company’s rich history, top-ranking sales performance, and #1 market position. The booklet also included detailed insights into our website traffic, digital marketing strategies, and overall brand initiatives—positioning McColly as a forward-thinking, results-driven real estate leader.

I designed a static billboard for McColly Bennett Commercial Advantage, the commercial division of McColly Real Estate, as part of a broader initiative to elevate brand visibility and attract potential business partners. Beyond the creative execution, I also collaborated directly with Lamar Advertising to strategically select high-traffic locations where the billboard would be most impactful—targeting key areas in front of potential commercial clients and industry partners. This project not only strengthened brand recognition for the commercial division but also helped position McColly Bennett as a prominent player in the commercial real estate space.

Indiana Botanic Choice – Email Marketing
Consumer Promotional Email Series

I was responsible for creating the discount offer code within the backend of our eCommerce platform and developing the supporting promotional email campaign. Using Bronto, an Oracle-owned email marketing platform, I designed and deployed a targeted email template that contributed to a substantial increase in click-through rates and drove measurable engagement with the promotion.
